Christian maverick minister Jay Bakker, the only son of PTL leader Jim and Tammy Faye, wants to remake religion, affirming radical tolerance for alternative lifestyles. This observational documentary series follows the behind-the-scenes professional and emotional struggles of the tattooed preacher who attempts to fuse punk and Christian values in creating an inclusive, hip church in Atlanta.
